Buddhists recommend to focus on breathing when meditating. You can meditate to the Sounds of Hobart. Just focus on your chest - it rises and descends. Also slow your breathing down and take deep breaths.

As a Christian we tend to focus on God, I personally focus on God's love and the feeling we receive from that. Maybe read a psalm then close your eyes, listen to Sounds of Hobart and focus on God.

If the above doesn't appeal to you, just close your eyes and listen to the sounds.... enjoy!
